Cultivating people who fuse creativity and sustainability — inside companies.

People who fuse creativity and sustainability are still overwhelmingly rare. We believe in cultivating them inside companies — and we move on that belief.

Why Now

Companies need people who can build bridges from inside.

A sustainability lens for the creative team — and a creative lens for the sustainability team. People who can move the organization from both sides are rarely grown internally.
Demand

Dedicated leaders are increasingly placed inside companies.

The number of companies creating dedicated sustainability roles keeps rising. Yet while these positions sit close to leadership, the people to fill them are rarely cultivated internally.

Gap

Training alone doesn’t change behavior.

Knowledge-input training rarely makes the topic personal. A gap remains between understanding and action, and the field is left with nothing.

Cross-over

Creativity becomes the breakthrough for sustainability.

Language, experience, story. The methods of creativity have the power to translate complex sustainability into something people can act on.

Format

Adapting to any company size or stage.

FORMAT 01

Single Session

A 2–4 hour spot session. We narrow the theme and deliver concentrated input and discussion on a specific issue.

FORMAT 02

Continuous Program

A 3–6 month program in a small group, where the cycle of think → plan → implement is learned by doing.

FORMAT 03

In-house Training

Custom training built around the company’s situation — industry, team composition, and existing assets.

Who Learns

These are the people we cultivate inside companies.

PERSONA 01

Newly appointed sustainability leads

For someone newly appointed to a sustainability role, we walk alongside through their first six months — until they have the big picture, ownership, and traction inside the company.

PERSONA 02

Creative team leaders

Leaders in marketing, communications, and brand internalize methods for translating sustainability into expression — and the playbook for bringing the company along.

PERSONA 03

Corporate planning / new business leads

They take home the perspective and methods to embed sustainability as a growth axis — into business portfolios and new ventures.

Curriculum

The Continuous Program is built as 3 phases × 6 months.

  1. Month 01 — Diagnose

Current state & defining the question

Using the participant’s own business and organization, we map what is moving and what is stuck — and define the question for the next six months.

  2. Month 02 — Diagnose

    Industry & societal big picture

Capturing global sustainability trends and industry-specific issues at once. Knowledge held as scattered points becomes a map.

  3. Month 03 — Design

Hypothesis & finding the Pull Factor

Finding the “Pull Factor” inside the participant’s own business that connects to social issues. Not exhaustive initiatives — a focused hypothesis.

  4. Month 04 — Design

    Articulation & communication design

Translating the hypothesis into language and stories that reach the company, customers, and partners. Creative methodology is learned by being actually applied.

  5. Month 05 — Deliver

    Pilot implementation

Even small — actually move it inside the organization. Internal workshops, external communications, internal proposals. We design places to put hands on the work.

  6. Month 06 — Deliver

Reflection & planning the next six months

Based on implementation results, we organize what worked and what to change. Our goal: by graduation, the participant can run the cycle inside the company on their own.

Before / After

After participating — this is how organizations change.

Before
  • Sustainability stays an abstract theme.
  • Discussions don’t turn into action.
  • Creativity and sustainability live in separate departments.
  • The lead is isolated, unable to bring the company along.
After
  • People speak about sustainability in the language of their own business.
  • Hypotheses and first steps land inside the weekly workflow.
  • Creativity and sustainability are connected inside a single person.
  • From the graduate outward, more “people who move things” spread inside the organization.
