We don’t let corporate sustainability stay an internal exercise. We keep translating it into language that reaches both inside and out, and into systems that work in practice.
SSBJ, ISSB, CSRD — global standardization of disclosure is advancing. Simply meeting the format won’t bring you any closer to the substance.
Companies declare purpose and materiality, yet too often these never reach daily decisions or actions, and the operation hollows out.
Customers, hiring, capital — across every face of business, sustainability is now a precondition. The question has shifted from “whether to do it” to “how to integrate it.”
A workshop developed with Sustainable Brand Japan, specialized for new business development. We find the “Pull Factor” — the force that pulls customers in — within social problems, and place it at the starting point of new ventures.
We cultivate people inside companies who can take sustainability personally. We design custom programs tailored to industry, size, and stage — and walk alongside through implementation.
We articulate the value a company already holds and turn it into language that reaches both inside and out. Neither philosophy alone nor copy alone is enough. We design both as one.
We read through existing policies, initiatives, and internal documents, and interview multiple layers from leadership to the field. We grasp structurally what is moving and what is stuck.
Considering industry, business, and stakeholder expectations, we narrow down to the issues that truly deserve attention. Not an exhaustive list — a form that drives decisions.
Within social problems, we find the unique force that pulls customers and employees in. We turn defensive efforts into an offensive starting point.
Translating abstract principles into language that reaches both inside and out. We refine expressions that work in both the language of leadership and the language of the field.
To embed policy into daily decision-making, we walk alongside end-to-end — workshops, training, and communication design.
It’s not built once and done. We keep updating language and systems alongside disclosure cycles and business changes — staying engaged as a continuous partner.
Putting the reason a company exists into language shareable both inside and out.
Distilling policy into short language and logic the field can quote.
We design not just the visualization of debate, but the storyline that drives decisions.
Translating “what to choose / what not to choose” into a form the field can decide without hesitation.
Meeting formal requirements while shaping a tone that delivers intent to the reader.
Building dialogue and practice spaces tailored to executives, managers, and the field — each on their own terms.
Depending on scope, expect 3 months to 1 year. A defined scope like statement design can be short. Policy revision and operational design tend to span half a year to a year of partnership.
Rewrite is in fact the more common request. Honoring existing principles and policy while redesigning them to work in the field is one of our strengths.
We have experience across consumer goods, finance, real estate, manufacturing, public sector, and more. For industry-specific issues, we design while drawing on a network of specialists when needed.
NDA is standard. Internal protocols are set up assuming we handle leadership data, personnel information, and undisclosed strategic information.
Always welcome. Many engagements start with a 30-minute online conversation. After listening, we say honestly whether we’re needed or not.
